Early 2022, I walked in with a sleeve of walking/standing liberties. He said " I can't do anything with these, I can give you scrap value" I was astonished. Scrap? They were never touched. 2 weeks later I saw one with a sold sign on it. He threw me out of the store. I have business ro do!!! Remember that Pal. Being a retired S.S. guy fron DC I bit my tongue hoping he would touch me. No such luck. I suspected they were stolen. He didn't care.never asked.Gobble gobble
