Great stop with those with kids. Lots of room to run and enjoy the outdoors. The front is great for parents and kids to learn history of the 1800 fur trade. Staff was great and knowledgeable. Air museum was closed saddly. Wife loved the garden so if wanting to see this, plan on time of year accordingly.

It is a large and informative place. They have a beautiful garden area. The kitchen, blacksmith shop, and carpenter shop have people interacting with guests and actually performing the tasks they would have done when the fort was running. Would recommend visiting, be careful on the guard tower steps though.
