This is our 2nd Fotile Range Hood. Our 1st Fotile range hood was purchased 3 years ago after a friend’s recommendation. Unfortunately, we moved and are unable to take the previous range hood with us.
The purchase process is very smooth: their staffs inside the store are super friendly and helpful by helping compare different products and narrow down to the final product that best meets our needs.
Their installation team is professional. With all the tools at hand and high efficiency, Mr. Jackie Hu brought in and installed our new range hood the same day after we placed the order !!!! Very impressive and a happy experience for us :)
As always, the Fotile range hood quality outstanding and much more powerful than other products. Love this product and kudos to their local team. By the way, not even to mention that 8 years of warranty is included.
