I had Four Seasons clean a new wedding dress for my son's wedding. Decided to take it back for a cleaning after the wedding, there may have been a very small spot, but it wasn't a big deal. I thought about handwashing it, but got a coupon from Four Seasons so I decided to have them clean it instead. I dropped off the dress and went to pick it up a couple weeks later.
The gal pulled out the dress and I saw all the bleach splotches I think there were about 4 of them, I WAS SHOCKED...I did not bring the dress in that way! She said they did not clean it there, and then she made it sound like I brought the dress in with those splotches, then she said those places were marked as stains before they were sent out. I told her I don't remember there being that many stains. I couldn't believe my eyes! I can never wear the dress again! I got it on sale in March for $75 after searching and searching for the right dress for my son's wedding.
The woman that helped me didn't even say anything about those bleach spots and almost just expected me to take the dress without saying something. I then spoke to the manager, Sonny, who was not helpful in explaining why my dress got ruined. Told me I spilled alcohol on my dress, what??? I never saw any alcohol spots and he could prove it by sending it to a lab--kind of an expensive way to prove I was wrong. I can't dye the dress or fix it. Sonny did not make me pay for the cleaning but he did not apologize. I will never go back...Very upset with Four Seasons cleaning!
