Wonderful all around as expected from FS's. Stunning sunset views from the pool deck. An excellent meal at Goldfinch. The room was spacious cozy perfection with a partial harbor view. We walked to a Concert nearby and had a time before returning to enjoy the room and attentive service.

Me and my now wife had our wedding at four seasons hotel and stayed 2 nights here.

Staff are amazing and very helpful, you need something? They are right by you to help :)

We couldn’t ask for a better service and care.

Emma particularly managed our wedding so well and good that we are forever in her debt <3

Thank you all (from front desk to room service and etc. staff) you are all a dream team with kindest heart and always willing to help.

I recommend this hotel for staying because of comfort and service, if you planning a memorable night for your wedding I really suggest you to book your venue here as well.

For a Four Seasons, this has to be one of the worst we've stayed in. When we checked in, the desk clerk kept us waiting a long time to find out if our package included a discount off the spa. This seemed weird that they would not know that information. We checked out but did not receive (after asking) a copy of our bill. We had an outside delivery which we were perfectly willing to go down and get, but they offered to bring it up and it never came so we ended up going down and getting it anyway. They really needed to replace our mattress. It was like sleeping in a hammock, not a bed. Lumpiness beyond belief and this did affect how well we slept. They kept the hallways freezing. The spa was nice but it was very cold and I had to warm up after it. The pasta one of us had was way undercooked, but to their credit, they admitted it and did take it off the bill. Other things were as you would expect at Four Seasons--friendliness and great maid service. Our maid was very efficient and we tipped her generously. But overall there were a few things that gave us pause about the quality of this particular Four Seasons.
