This place was fantastic. I had two framing projects from my experience at the Olympics over 30 years ago that were near and dear to my heart. Frame Central handled my photos and memorabilia with great care and produced two treasures that hang above my desk for me to admire all day. They were professional land timely with their advice on mats and frames, cost and communication. I will definitely go back again.

I walked away from my experience with Frame Central (Pearl District) feeling concerned about how much I was charged: $22.00 to print out an approximate 8 x 12" image, $38.00 for the mat, and then, without any discussion whatsoever (to my complete surprise) $28.00 for foam backing. There are other places that do excellent, professional, work for much less. Otherwise the staff was helpful

Zero stars if that were an option….arrived with a piece of Aboriginal art to get an estimate for framing. Employee was helping another customer so I “got in line” and waited. She never acknowledged me in any capacity. After nearly five minutes and having received zero eye contact or verbal communication, we left. I don’t know if we were getting the black treatment or if we didn’t look like we could pay cause we’re all in sweats…..but it was not a nice experience.
