Amazing! CJ and Alyssa are both, kind, helpful, patient and professional. They had the exact pair of Jacques Marie Mage I was looking for. It was fun and a pleasure visiting this store. They both made me feel welcome, and at no time did I pressured into buying. I will most certainly buy from them in the future. I highly recommend checking with Frames EWE if you are looking for that special frame.

I love this place! They have the coolest frames and the customer service is fantastic. I’ve bought 3 pairs of glasses here and will definitely be back again. Can’t recommend them enough.

I ordered new JMMs online. The frames came with missing stickers and the case was broken. Something was off. I reached out to customer service and was told there was nothing I could do since they have a no return policy. I wouldn't make an expensive purchase with these guys again.
