This rating is for how incredibly helpful the employee are. I went in looking for something specific and the employees asked great questions and thoroughly searched the boutique looking for items for me. While the items weren't exactly to my taste it was so refreshing to not only be greeted but also helped! Great store!

The sales associate that handled my returns was very unprofessional and unethical. I think she needs to improve her customer service skills instead of answering like "Huh?" And "What?" I like all of their products, but I should be given a time to look and decide wether I want it or not instead of being forced to purchase a product/products. When I shopped here couple years ago, I think the sales associates were very kind and professional.

The brunette that works here is super nice and helpful. It was a really great experience shopping here for the first time, and I'd definitely check it out again. They have similar things to what you would find in Target with a similar price point. Definitely worth a look!
