Staff was very unprofessional and frankly, not very good at their job. Referral was supposed to be an over the phone consultation, they called a number dating 16 years ago instead of phone number given to them through the referral process.
After reading others review’s, I’d highly suggest going elsewhere as well. If they can’t figure out how to dial the correct phone number, how would they figure out what’s wrong with me?

The staff is professional and caring. I was nervous because of a bad experience with colonoscopy at another place . They were calming & made me feel safe . Good Covid safe guards.

I scheduled an appointment with a female doctor over three months ago when I show up it's a male doctor and then they told me that my female doctor wouldn't be available until October I've been throwing up almost daily and and this was an emergency appointment after 3 months which is a joke to have to wait that long for an emergency appointment but when I request a female doctor my doctor mind you and you give me some random male doctor that's not right. And before somebody tries to get on me I am a sexual assault Survivor and that is the reason I wanted a female doctor which I was very specific about.
