Would not allow scheduling a call back during an event in which I was unable to continue the call. Ignored half of my initial statement and blew off my disability as irrelevant. Now looking at the reviews I'm not surprised.

Front desk ladies are very nice and welcoming, as well as the nurse I saw. I was “treated” by an LPN instead of my normal doctor and was very disappointed. Refused to talk with me about hormones, and told me to lose weight instead. She didn’t send my two prescriptions in as discussed, so I didn’t have my medications as needed. I talked with her about getting a referral for a new neurologist (I have multiple sclerosis) and that I had someone in mind. She ignored that request and sent a referral into a different office entirely.

I had a really great experience there today! Everyone that I encountered was fantastic; from the front desk attendant who was in training (and did an amazing job), to the medical assistant Robbi, to the resident, Dr Seng, who saw me and the lab tech took. They were all kind, courteous, skilled and efficient. Dr Seng and Robbi both had good bedside manners and listened actively. Dr Seng was friendly, thorough, paid attention to detail and explained things well. In addition to having great staff, I also liked the facility which was super clean and bright with abundant easy parking. All in all, I would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking a Primary Care home.
