I got at hospital10:30am, I was told the systems are down. I did paper work, was asked to wait in my car cause my son has Covid symptoms. I waited for out for over 3.5 hours no call as promised. I went back in to find out what was happening to my surprise my paper work/chart had been put under the computer at the reception. At 3:20 pm it’s when it went in to the nurse in 10 minute I was called in for treatment. Why would a patients chart be put under computer desk, so that it stays for over 3 hour's? when will this behavior stop and treat everyone correct it hurts but it is what it is.
