I love the gift shop! Marsha one of the volunteers is so nice always helpful! It takes a special person to be a volunteer and she’s it! Thank you Marsha for always being you:)!
The last two years was so tragic for patients drs nurses, they worked 24/7! The hospital has negative feedback stating they don’t care for their patients! That’s one opinion but let me tell you, this hospital is truly one of the best I have ever been at! They care immensely! My sister was in a few years ago and she was treated so good! It wasn’t Covid then. I can’t imagine having my family or friends in the hospital, what a difficult time it would be! Thank you

The hospital will charge you for a whole second appointment if you ask a few questions during your physical. No new labs or diagnosing to go over and for those 5 minuets the office charged me 364 dollars. the phyiscal itself was 333, but for that one 15 minuet visit was around 700 dollars. I tried calling them for 2 months and getting someone to talk about the bill but they been ignoring me. you can always get billing but its hard to understand them. Getting through to the main office is impossible. The lines are always busy. No matter what time you call. I talked to many people and a few doctors and charging for the questions we went over sounded ridiculous to all of them.

Wait is way too long. Emergency room is just a cluster of too many intake people inefficiently doing their job and patients waiting impatiently for hours to be seen, then seen and brought back out to waiting room to wait again for results to be told results in front of people and then to wait for a nurse to discharge you which nurses do not do anything quickly. Oh, and a nurse is also doing an intake (triage) … nothing efficient about the system. It’s no wonder they have people waiting and waiting and waiting! Most ridiculous place I’ve ever been to.
