This review is for Franciscan Family Medicine, not urgent care. I started feeling pain under right rib in October 2016. After seeing one walk in doctor at different clinic, who said it was gastritis, I went to seek second opinion at Franciscan Health. Dr. Woo said it looks more like a gallbladder, took some tests and send me to ultrasound. In a few days when ultrasound results were ready, I receive a call from Dr.Woo and he said that I have sludge in a gallbladder but he is not convinced its a cause of my pain, so he offered me two referral option: either a general surgeon or GI doctor. So I picked GI (who want to go to surgery?) . I went to GI at Franciscan Digestive care and he read ultrasound report and said that its probably not a gallbladder that is causing pain and told me I need endoscopy done to look at my stomach. So I couldn't afford it at the moment so I was waiting few month. Last week I finally got to see my regular doctor(she is very booked up so I can never see her when I'm in pain) for annual check up. I mentioned to her problems I was having for a few month. She was concerned if it was my kidney because its bigger in size and only one. Next day she told me that on that ultrasound report it says I have kidney stone! That's crazy that Dr. Woo never told me that. He needs to tell the patient no matter how small the information is so I can start preventative diet to not get stone growing! But non of Dr. Woo or Dr. Nader told me a have a stone! They both knew I have only one kidney, I put it on new patient form. They either don't know how to read 1 page report or they are careless! I think this is malpractice and you better not go there, especially Dr.Woo.
