I just really love the stuff at this place. From the check in receptionists to the medical staff. I’ve never been treated with anything less than kindness and respect by these guys. The doctors are very good at listening to your concerns and just as good explaining a treatment plan or whatever you got going on! And the receptionists are soooo friendly here! If there’s a long wait and people chillin in the waiting room they interact with the patients and have conversations with them and such just to make the waiting more entertaining!

I have come to this clinic numerous times, and I have always had a pretty decent experience. I understand that it is designed to be a quicker “in and out” type appointments, so was not looking for an in depth meeting with the provider. The doctor that I saw today spent less than 2 minutes with me, told me to drink water, and made me feel like just another number. I have never felt this way after visiting this clinic, but the lack of empathy and compassion from the provider that I was seen by today, has left me questioning if I will ever return.

NOT prompt, first of all. There is always a minimum of about a 2 hour wait before you can see anyone, because they only ever have one or two providers working on any given day. Once you are seen, they tend to rush through the appointment to get you out as soon as possible, which usually causes you having to come back again for a second visit (and second co-pay), due to them misdiagnosing you the first time around. Worst of all, they didn't even have the X-rays that were done uploaded for review after a week of waiting. It's not worth going here and feeling like you're just a number, or pill-seeker.
