This clinic saved my life literally figuratively all of the above-ely lols. The staff was so patient so kind of understanding and the treatment was fairly quick and I really appreciate their bedside manner and I will definitely come to visit this place again If needed. I suggest to anyone who needs to do walk-in you go visit them first all. They will set-cha right. God bless this clinic and is staff right down to the janitorial department. Cuz oh yes their clinic and bathroom was so very clean and smelled good too. Professionals ✨
Update: Hilarious canned response. Your customer service is awful. A month later and they still can't figure it out.
Avoid this place at all costs. Not only did they charge me $465 for a walking boot that costs $90 online, they also charged me $153 for crutches and $324 for 30 minutes of being there. I received a bill from DJO for the crutches, boot, and services. I received another bill from yet another company for $37 for my Xray. A month later, I received a third bill from Franciscan Health for the same services. I have no idea how they are operating this place, but I will be contacting a lawyer if they do not remove this 2nd bill charge. I am sure more people have gone through this and wonder if we have a case for a class action.
Beyond that, I had torn ligaments - my foot was swollen like a balloon and the doctor was pretty careless with handling my foot, causing me immense pain. It was almost like he didn't believe I was in pain. I will never again go here, I don't care if my arm is falling off. AVOID!
