I needed a new mechanic and heard good things about Frankenstein Motors. They did not disappoint! From start to finish, they were friendly, helpful, and fun! I told them my circumstances and the parameters I was looking for, and they gave me recommendations that fit those parameters perfectly. They picked up my car from my house and dropped it off when it was finished and sent me a link to pay online, very convenient. The owner is extremely personable and fun to talk to, brought up the engine part on a big screen monitor and explained to me exactly what was going on. All the staff members I interacted with were gracious and helpful. I feel like this company has great integrity and will definitely be entrusting my car to their care for the foreseeable future.

AVOID THIS PLACE…… this place had my vehicle for months feeding me lies and empty promises. Thousands of dollars later they claimed to fix my vehicle I was having the same problem. I took it another mechanic. THE PARTS WERE 20 YEARS OLD FROM THE FACTORY….. they never replaced anything and charged me for it SCAM SCAM SCAM. Because i paid before the claimed repairs were completed 9 months . I have no luck getting my money back from the bank . They are scam artists. People are scared to leave them negative reviews because they have lots of other people cars that have been sitting longer then my car. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE CHOOSING THIS SHOP.

We had some routine service done on our Jeep Wrangler recently at Frankenstein . While the Jeep was in for repair we had the engine treated with Franken Lube to clean the upper cylinders… what an amazing difference this made in the way the engine runs, it is now so quiet you can hardly hear it, the Jeep has 83,000 miles on it. I will be taking the Jeep back to have the differentials, transfer case and transmission serviced with the Franken Lube as well.
