We dined in and waited an hour for 2 pizzas. The pizzas came out 15 minutes apart rather than at the same time. We complained and asked to speak with the manager who did not come out. We had to go to the counter to ask for her again. She was very unprofessional with a condescending manner and telling us all of her staffing issues and excuses. There was no accountability, nothing was compensated, and we received an insincere apology and eye rolls. We will be avoiding this place.

Was my first time eating here and I was blown away, the pizza and service are both amazing. I had the meat lovers pizza and it lives up to its name. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Fratelli’s I will be back. I have been back and the pizza is still fantastic.
