If I could give no stars I would.. I called around to buy the Gazebo that was on sale . Found it at this FM in down town Puyallup. Spoke with Jade asked her to hold it I was on my way it would take me about an hour to get there due to where I live and the traffic. She wrote down my name and my phone # and put it on hold. She even read it back to me and said she would keep an eye on it. I arrived at the store about 45 min's later the Manager came out to talk to me and had Jade on the intercom speaker to tell us she just sold it to someone else . She said I did not pay for it yet and she was nervous and did not know what to do and someone want ed to buy it.. ARE YOU F>>>>> KIDDING ME!! She stayed in the back room while the manager tried to make it right. He had his employee's call a couple of stores like I already did to find one . There was none. I was LIVID needless to say. The Manager asked if I would like to shop around and he would give me an extra 10% off.. NO.. I was there for One thing not to shop for just anything. The Manager let Jade know that their policy is when someone calls for something and it's on hold they hold it for 24 hours they cannot sale it. He said he would be having a talk with her.. What a waste of my time and Gas and just BS! I will be calling the corporate office also.
