I always have liked there jewelry and also the prices are not too bad. When they have a sale is the time to go. I bought 4 necklaces for Christmas and it was about 600 plus the prices for the warranty. I would advise in getting the warranty BUT dont forget you have to get it cleaned every 6 months for the warranty to be valid. Which I have now learned the hard way... on my engagement ring, we bought the warranty, but I wasnt there so I was never told about the 6 month cleaning for the warranty to stay valid.. soo needless to say, a diamond fell out of my engagement ring and now I'm just screwed on it. Totally sucks and wish they would put something in big bold letters inside of the box or paperwork when you are the person receiving the gift. My fiance wouldn't remember to tell me about that, especially not on a day where he was nervous and excited so that would be the last thing on his mind when he was proposing to me :(

So yesterday I was searching for gift for my girlfriend and I was blessed to be able to have such a wonderful sales associate named Alyssa. She really helped me out, she made items easier to find, she's a very knowledgeable person, great attitude, and it was simply a pleasure to do business with her. I personally believe with the outstanding job she does she deserves a raise or something. If you are ever in need of help dealing with jewelry, buying or fixing it she is the one to go to. She helped me a ton and i can't reiterate it enough of how much of a wonderful person she is, she truly is. I even had to find my brother and she used this intercom system to help me get reunited with my brother.So thank you so much for your wonderful service Alyssa.

Tonight i stopped in to the Fred Meyer Jewelry store on 72nd and Pacific. I recently found my favorite pendent that the chain broke and could no longer wear. I approached Mr. Chris and asked for his help if maybe a piece was missing or what could i do to be able to wear it again. He was very kind examined the piece and said the pendent was fine. So we went over and looked at replacing the necklace he took his time and help me find the right necklace that fit me. He made me feel very comfortable we talked about food and the dinner i was making he even got me to sign up for the protection plan which was also a good deal. I highly recommend this jewelry store Chris gave stellar customer service. Only thing missing was him being able to try the ribs i was making tonight lol😂
