Took my mother's movado watch in for battery replacement he told me wait 10minutes then he tells me battery is good knob broke off which caused the watch to stop running. KNOB was not broken off 10min prior I should have taken the watch to Kent Fred Meyer where I always go this guy broke my knob and tells me it's expensive to fix. NEVER AGAIN.
