Low quality. Bought a necklace here and it broke in less than a week. They wouldn't repair it without charging me a bunch more money. Not worth buying here. Go to a real jewelry store, or one that actually cares about customers.

My interactions have only been with the "WATCH GUY"..He repaired a tiny woman's wristwatch which has run flawlessly since repair....He fixed a spendy 18k pocket watch from 1800's. replaced a broken main spring AND found a crystal for the face...Replaced the battery in a TAG Heuer watch and all the above done timely...True Gentlemen and ARTIST

I went to them with a bracelet passed down to me from my grandmother and asked them to cut out some links in the chain. They called me with a quote of $24, so I said go right ahead. When I went to pick it up, they said I'd have to pay $66 instead. Unfortunately the call wasn't recorded, so I didn't have proof of what I heard (except for my husband who also heard me say $24). They did a fine job on the repair, but why did they lie to me about the quote?
