She has helped me pick out baptism gifts, graduation gifts, bridal party gifts, she helped my husband upgrade my ENGAGEMENT ring AND helped pick out the most beautiful wedding band I’ve ever seen.

This location has the worst customer service, both for the jewelry and the watch repair. I took my watch two months ago to fix a scratch and replace the battery. I paid the full amount in advance, was told that it would take two weeks and that they would call me when it was ready for pick up. Two months later, I haven’t received a single phone call and they never answer when I call. I have stopped by during the watch repair business hours 4 times already, and the guy is never there. Today I was told that he had left early because he “wasn’t busy”. Another person said that he would return next Wednesday. When I mentioned that he was never there the times I had showed up , another very rude sales representative said that he was always there and that he would be back on Tuesday. I asked for clarification about when he would be there and she rudely pointed out to his business adding that “he was a busy man”. Ironic that he left earlier today because he wasn’t busy at all. When I mentioned never receiving a phone call, she made me feel that it was my responsibility to call and when I said I actually had but he never answers, she instead that he “is a busy man”. I don’t know what has been more frustrating, the watch repair man lack of professionalism and disregard for his customers or the jewelers sales assistant rudeness and poor customer skills.
