The workers could use customer service training and just be kind. Being rude doesn't help anyone, especially people who are sick.

just wanted to leave a review about a specific person; Ashley. She took my call about looking for a specific prescription and when they didn’t have it, went above and beyond to help me find it. i can’t even tell you how much i appreciate service like this.

I was unable to get my prescription because it was not in stock. The person on the phone said it was due to the holiday and orders were late coming in. He then he stated it was not their fault. When I asked why they did not order better knowing it was a holiday he had no response. I will now be without my medicine for over 24 hours because this is an electronic prescription that cannot be transferred. This is not the first issue I've had with this pharmacy just another in a long list.
