Customer service is horrible, has been for a while now. Doesn’t seem to matter which person is working - they’re all rude and sour. Why work in a public facing position if you obviously hate what you do.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. The pharmacy at this location is a joke. We've been getting our prescriptions filled there since this location opened. I can't even count the number of times they've messed up in some way - the most common screw-up is our prescriptions mysteriously being removed from auto-refill with no plausible explanation from the pharmacy staff. So many needless hours spent waiting for refills that should have happened automatically. Either that or they refill old prescriptions when scrips for new doses have been sent in, or don't proactively contact doctor's offices for refill requests until you show up looking for the scrip (see above mysterious auto-refill removal). When a scrip is supposedly on auto-refill, you never get the calls or texts to let you know it's ready. The ONLY reason we still get our prescriptions filled here is for the fuel points and because we shop here, so it's convenient, and because of the quarterly rebate program. Oh, and because Walgreen's across the street doesn't accept Boeing insurance. At this point this has been happening for so many years that we're considering switching our scrips - and all of our shopping - to the Safeway across the street.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE everyday and all the time! The pharmacists are so helpful and friendly, and the pharmacy technicians are always eager to assist you. I appreciated the text message reminders I receive when my prescriptions are ready for pick-up. Every employee working at this location, deserves 5 stars!
