I’ve been going to this pharmacy for over 7 months now. Almost every month they skrew up my orders: they don’t order it on time even though they promise to do it on the phone, when you call them in advance; they put one medication on autorefill without asking you and and some medication don’t put on autorefill even if you ask them; they give you generic for a few months and then suddenly not generic for the price twice more. Complete chaos! Moving to a different pharmacy now.

Called pharmacy on October 10th at 12:30pm the lady answering the phone was so disrespectful, cut me off every time I spoke. No decency, no level customer service respect. She had the most nastiest attitude that seeped through the phone in her voice and spoke to me with such a degrading manner like she had ulterior motives to make me feel less than and continued to hang up on me after calling back and asking what is going on with my prescription, she was so RUDE, I am baffled someone with such a demeanor works at a place where people are dependent on medications for daily survival living. I then asked to speak to a manager and she said, “No manager in they’ll be in on Monday.” And hung up on me AGAIN. I am disgusted and humiliated for standard and whoever trained this tech. She refused to give me her name and the managers name.

Always great service in Fred Meyer’s pharmacy and prices are the best…it’s definitely my preferred place for prescriptions. Highly recommend!
