Every single time I call they are so rude and unhelpful. They often hang up on me for no reason besides them being so rushed. So glad they are going out of network with my insurance. Good riddance! I switched pharmacies to a small pharmacy and they are so patient, helpful and willing to listen to me. Night and day difference!

This Pharmacy has became the WORSE lately. They had my medication for 6 days and when i call to ask if its ready, they said No, they had issues with my insurance, yet no ne called me and it was for a surgery. I tell her i have no problem paying for it. Then she's like neverminded, i figured it out and got it go through. She tell me to give her an hour. I go a few hours later, wait in line for 30 minutes. After all that, the assistant tells me its still not ready, who ever assisted me on the phone did mark it as a waiter. I went on my lunch, went all day without eating, wasted gas, for it not to be ready after so long. Not to mention the girl who assisted me gave me attitude as if this was all my fault. This is not the first time they give me a wait time and its NOT ready! They also use to text or call me when they had something ready, now i don't even get that. They have no communication with their customers when their is issues, a prior time they did not have it in stock and never informed me t transfer it elsewhere. Its just HORRIBLE customer service. I will NO LONGER USE THIS RX. If i could i would give it a negative review.

They told me there was a nationwide shortage of my medicine. My insurance is new and has to review prescriptions, so i was paying out of pocket. They offered no suggestions. The woman pharmacist was rude and offered no help on what to do.
I called Walgreens, they had my medicine and signed me up for Good Rx. Instead of paying $900.00 out of pocket, thanks to Walgreens suggestion, I paid 189.00. I'm switching to Walgreens.
