Slow slow slow
Don't go to the pharmacy. Use a different one. they take way too long to get things ready I waited 45 minutes yesterday after the girl told me 15 minutes. Then when I got up there they didn't have my full prescription. I just called now to see if I could go get the rest today and they said they "might" be able to get it ready today. I don't know what kind of BS that is but that's BS that's the last time I'm getting it filled there😔.
I am pleased and excited to have Fred Meyer back. The main floor is even better than expected. There is only one major thing that is really bugging me, and possibly you too…
It’s the downstairs. The big change is that they took the lights off the ceiling and replaced them with suspended panels like they have upstairs on the new Main level. The downstairs already had low ceilings, so by lowering the lighting, they have created a very unpleasant retail space that feels like you are in a big low cave. Very oppressive and unwelcoming. I certainly don’t want to linger down there. Just the opposite of what FM wants!
The simple and inexpensive solution would be to put the lights back up flush on the ceiling to get as much room height as possible, and a more even distribution of light, instead of the depressing pools of dark and light spots.
Any other customers agree?
