A couple of the female call takers there are absolutely rude. It can take 3 or 4 days for them to fill a prescription, even after the Dr has sent it in. They have told us on numerous occasions that "the Dr never sent it", so Dr finally started sending us pictures of the day, time it was sent in, along with who they spoke with at the pharmacy. Unfortunately, that still does not prevent them from fibbing. After they are shown the proof, they say, "hold on", then come back and say, "Oh, the Dr just sent it". That is very frustrating, when we know for a fact it had been sent a day or two ago. We get our prescriptions there because its a bit closer, and we can shop while we wait. However, when it takes an entire day or more to fill, and we have to leave and drive back and forth, it becomes very inconvenient.

I called to refill my prescription on Friday. I didn't hear from them all weekend so on Monday I called to find out the status of my refill. I spoke with a pharmacy tech and she informed me that my prescription had not be filled yet but I would be called later in the afternoon for pick up. Well no phone call. I have 2 pills left on my blood pressure medication and tomorrow morning I will have one more left for Wednesday. Good work Fred Meyer. The last time they filled my prescription they shorted me a pill cause they cannot count. I pray that I get my prescription before I run out.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used before! They never fill your prescriptions they will say it will take an hr if not longer and you will go to get it hours later and they still won’t have it ready! I needed to pick up a very important prescription and they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes I show up 40 mins later and they say they are out of stock and tried to call me but they never tried to call me! Do yourself a favor and use a different pharmacy! Horrible customer service and they are super unprofessional! If I could leave no stars I would! They do not care about there customers at all and sadly it shows! Extremely disappointed and will be driving further for a more reliable pharmacy!!!
