The reason for one star is that this pharmacy is very unprofessional.

I went in to refill my prescription once and the tech saw my name and called excitedly back to the pharmacist "SHE'S HERE!" My first thought was "omg wait did I win a prize?!"

The pharmacist came up, read my name and said "how do you say your last name?" After telling her, it's a Finnish name, she said "oh haha I was making jokes to everyone about it and we were all laughing, but at least it's not like you chose that name!" To which I said "it's my married name...."

All in all it was a weird and unnecessary interaction, if you're going to make fun of a customers name, don't tell them.

Every other interaction I've had there had been short and two of the pharmacists are always rude. Was there yesterday trying to figure out an issue with my prescription and I kid you not, the lady said "well that's not my problem."

I've never been unkind or impatient with the workers because I know this store is a bit rough and they often get yelled at for no reason, so I can understand objectively if they approach every situation with walls, but it still sucks when you come in trying to be friendly and are immediately met with an attitude. I'm looking to change where I pick up prescriptions.
