I am surprised myself that I am giving a 2 star to one of my favorite grocery store chain but this location not only has average customer service but also a poor quality produce and meat. Lately everything we buy gets spoiled in few days (bananas look good outside but spoiled inside and meat I picked up last couple times had been bad and had to throw into the trash). I was fine first time but two times in a row makes me very frustrated. Hope they make things better.

$100 of groceries was missing from my pick up order and they refuse to refund me. Every time I call I get a different answer, finally I got told that id asked for too many refunds and my account has been blocked from receiving one. Customer service can just lie to you. They overwork their employees to the point of making major mistakes and then refuse to fix any of them. I have been shopping here since I moved out of my parents house but I will find somewhere else to get my groceries.

I do really want to like Fred Meyer more than 4 stars really more like 3.5 stars...BUT it's just too dang expensive to make our normal grocery shopping spot!?! I do love that they have a great deal of unique food and other shopping items that makes me come thru at least a half dozen times per year or so...
