Went this morning as usualy to get French bread and some grocery as I was lost could not find something I asked the African American lady at the customer service she was rude for no reason she walk away without even answering my question then I came back to tell her that she was rude also she raised her ton of voice. Then I had to ask someone else she was white American very nice then I went straight to the manager to tell him the story he was nice and listened to me and he apologized and told he will correct this and. Won’t let it happened again it is sad and bad when someone is working in customer service and acting unprofessional and rude It was today 02/16/2024
Today, I forgot to bring in my own bags. Put all groceries in the FM shopping cart, after I paid the cashier, I pushed the cart and part of my groceries fell through the cart, see photo. The back of the cart went loose, see photo. I reported to the customer service. After a while, a female store manager came looking at me, a 72 old year woman, trying to pick up the fallen blue berries, she said" things happens, we cannot apologize for it." And went away. Firtunate a guy who was collecting the cart came in and saw me. He said "I get you a new cart." A very kind person in contrast to the heartless store manager lady.
Who loves walking all over the store to find what they need ? NOBODY !
This fredmyer moves and flips the whole store around more then twice a week.
The layout is ridiculous and when they flip the store, they put stuff next to the most random areas.
Candy right across from produce ? WEIRD
whoever is doing the panels needs to get fired its like they are purposely trying to piss people off with how they flip the store around.
dont waste you time here it would take you the same amount of time to go to a different store then to find one item here.
