Every time I go into shop at this location they are carrying less and less varieties of items. They supposedly got security because of theft and that's the reason of higher prices so why aren't the prices going down because if they still have theft then get rid of the guards and the high wage your paying for them. Its funny in Seattle they only want to see the receipt if you have no bags and in the North Portland store they don't look at your receipt so why here
Been using the order pickup program via their app. Pick up 7-8… I got off work late and clicked “on my way” at 7:45… showed up at 8:02… selected the “I’m here” but was given an error code with a number to call… I did and the guy said they close pick up at 8:00 and I could come back tomorrow… I don’t understand why they wouldn’t call me- my name and account information is all on there- to tell me they can’t stay or confirm that I was coming.
I was late because I stayed an hour late for a customer at my work. So it’s disappointing to be denied service for being 2 minutes late.
I had him cancel my order. I’ll find someplace else to shop. Safeway is on my route home too.
Update: I still have not received a refund for this order. I called in to the store and talked to a woman. Apparently there is a special department that no one told me I needed to contact for refund support. I understand the grocery store employees young adults. But holy cow am I blown away by the lack of communication from this place.
