The instacart shoppers' giant carts have outnumbered the in person shoppers at this point. The carts are ALWAYS blocking the way through, and the other shoppers are wildly inconsiderate of others' right to be there. Shopping has always been anxiety hell for me, but this and the astronomical prices of groceries has me ready to throw a full-blown manfit and start flipping aisles over.

Wow. This is the worst Fred Meyer ever. Whoever manages their inventory has obviously never shopped there or anywhere for that matter. Their home goods has the strangest selection. So many of the same type of item but then nothing else. If you need to completely rebuild your toilet they have it, but heaven forbid they carry things like a dryer duct? Hoses for a washer and dryer? Why is there 3 different places for Hummus but cottage cheese is across the store from all other dairy products? Their produce section is pathetic. I have yet to go there without my hearing my fellow shoppers bemoaning their experience. The IPM scanning is a horrible way to treat your cashiers and only results in mistakes which take longer. And the armed security only stops and inconveniences the customers who are already annoyed. What a miserable community member this is. I live behind this place and will drive 10 miles out of my way to avoid having to shop there, which is fine because they probably don't have it anyway.
