I wanted to praise this Fred Meyer for doing such a great job during the pandemic, and after the pandemic.
The store is well stocked, very colorful and clean. The checkout stands are staffed with friendly checkers, if you prefer to do it yourself the self check out is a great option.
I love the home furnishing area as well as the garden center. Fun having it attached to Star Bucks and Baskin Robbins.
Employee Jose physically prevented me from leaving with my purchased belongings. Never been actually restrained by a power tripping manager at a Kroger brand before, didn't know that is how y'all are doing business these days!
Root problem, product on sale did not ring up at sale price at self checkout, after waiting 5+ minutes for them to fix it, Jose told us we were wrong for doing self checkout with sale items.
How is that the customer's fault?? And at all justification for physically preventing my family from leaving?
Jose needs less stress at work, clearly has too much pressure and responsibilities if he can't keep his hands to himself with customers. Shame
