My husband and I are so incredibly thankful and grateful for our wonderful & kind experience with Deborah in the Garden center. We experienced an issue with a recent purchase and asked her a few questions. Her responses were clearly thoughtful and steeped with her knowledge of our purchase! We were thankful and satisfied with her kind input and began to leave the garden area to start our weekly grocery shopping when she quickly stopped us and proceeded to go above and beyond to make us whole again- we were absolutely astonished at her willingness to make it right! Truthfully we were 100perc satisfied with the time she spent and advice- her actions of kindness are the epitome of above and beyond! Deborah, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! It's people like yourself who truly bring out the best in customers! We appreciate you and will never forget your kindness & superior customer service!

I was standing in line for 20 min with patience. I did bill pay and ask her if she ring me for bottle after to pay there. All of sudden she saids I refuse. I did know not know why besides the costumer behind told me she called me to front counter before that I did not hear her. I have hearing loss in both ears. I did not understand why so I went self check out she told them not sell to me . Manager ask if I'm okay i did nothing wrong and I never had this asked before felt disremated against and hurt

Was accused of stealing here. I bought plates and one was missed by a gal at check out. I had no idea I only paid for 9. Few days later I came back to return them all. The person at the customer service desk told me I walked out with one extra as there is only 9 she then used a walkie talkie to call someone over. I thought it was management instead it was someone who was in loss prevention based off them hanging out with a security guard and not wearing any name tag. They were looking at the receipt together and I explained I didn't know one extra stupid plate wasn't scanned I assume cashier's misses things all the time. I was told it's my fault for not noticing and technically stole and I will be getting the regular refund and all ten taken back. I just saw this gal again at another fredmeyer and saw me shopping, I later felt followed by a security guard in yellow being stared at down the isle and a friend who is employed at this store said she said I was a thief. I'm super irritated at this accusation because I have good and stable job income. I am very clean cut and don't look like a tweaker. And had your average mistake any store would throw at you when buying something. Not cool to judge and assume right away when there are literal addicts stealing in plain sight.
