WOW! Gwen the checker who after fifteen minutes helping a customer was about to take on another task... I just had to complain. Gwen was penalizing shoppers while spending more than 15 minutes with a single front of line customer instead of asking to open another check stand or somthing? Gwen was the only line open other than self check-out. All I said was, "This is ridiculus, I am affraid my refrigerated items"... anyway, she said she was "helping a customer", and repeated that several times while I started packing all my items to take to Self Check-Out. Let me just say that in the over 15 years I had never been threatened by a checker that they were calling the police and that I was yelling at her. I need to get back to my house guests. But, I had to share my disapointment. Contemplating going to Safeway. I work to hard to feel scrutinized when shopping. Thanks, Gwen. Maybe next time, think that you are one of us in line waiting. Consider calling for a price check and if needed, (after say 5 minutes, call for help and let the other customers get back to thier Friday.
