Customer service opens at 7…. I needed to deposit cash on my cash app, so I waited, finally an employee shows up at 7:30 and when I go to ask her when she might be ready, she just shakes her head at me and says “no”…. She’s not open and won’t be for another hour… cuz she’s a fill in she doesn’t have to open up till she’s ready 🤨

I went to the deli and stood at the pasta section for a few minutes, being unacknowledged by employees in sight. Then someone came up and said they closed at 7pm. Looking at the crusty leftover food, I asked what they did with everything left and was told it sits there until the morning when they sell it again. I walked away and looked at the clock and saw it was 7:02 at that point. Really?! Rather than selling me the crusty food at full price probably before closing if you were paying attention, you rejected me and let me know it will continue to sit there to be sold next day. I work in service so this was shocking. Don't buy from this deli, got it.

Understaffed, overworked.
Phone inquiries to the store get picked up and immediately hung up instead of providing assistance.
When you look for anyone for assistance in person you're left waiting a minimum of 10 minutes or wandering to look for someone who works there that doesn't know the department you need help in.
