Normally love shopping here but this experience today was so awful we went in for a shelf at about 5:15PM it is now 6:15PM we bought and paid for the shelf and it's literally sitting in the garden center where they told us to wait for them to bring it out the dude that said he would bring it out disappeared and they can't seem to find him I think his name is Ty. Really nice grocery guy came out to help then ty suddenly appeared as if he had been there all along. Drove off with the shelf in the car at 6:20 over an HOUR to buy one shelf. Ridiculous.

1 star service today but added 2 for the really sweet grocery guy who tried to help. I didn't get his name.
