Although there are some creepy employees who seem like they need constant supervision and hourly therapy, this store is good. Asset protection is active and doing their jobs. If you get caught that's on you, not them...idk how many times I hear complaints about 'rights being violated' ....you are stealing...therefore you are banned. Simple. It's not a right, it's a privilege.

Employees harassed my partner and me as we entered and left the store for the sin of shopping here while they were on strike. They somehow managed to make the usual sidewalk occupants (homeless beggars and drug addicts) seem quaint by comparison. They also successfully turned us against their cause upon discovering it in such an inviting way. Go team!

Post-strike this location has only the worst employees left who are allowed to be openly hostile and antagonistic. Here, the customer is an unwanted interruption. In the last month every interaction with any staff has been uniformly unpleasant. Staff treats any customers not wearing a three-piece suit as if they are a homeless junkie.
The pharmacy staff are still polite as can be.
I've been a customer here for two years and I will not be going back to this location or any FM and Kroger.
