Agree with the other review about bad temper. The Jeweler/Owner was extremely rude. He made not only me but also my fiance regret ever picking up the phone. You can do good work but being a complete a will get you nowhere. We took our business elsewhere. Not to mention when he saw my review he decided name calling was the best resort. Also and I quote "Go back to China foolish women" whatever that even means.
Friendly, and local owned. When I went seeking to get my mother the perfect ring. I found it difficult, all the stores just did not have the style I wanted. That was until I went to Frederic's Jewelry. They had a nice inventory and many catalogs to be able to find that perfect ring, and they did. My mother loves her new rings, and never takes it off.
