We needed a new dishwasher to replace on that just crapped out. Called the Monroe store and got Chase to ask if they had the particular machine we were after in stock. He put us on hold for a minute to check, and actually called another customer that had the only machine that had in stock on hold. He asked them if they were needing the machine right away or could they wait. They told him they didn't need it for several weeks, so they said we could have that one. He really went the extra mile - and we really appreciate it. We have purchased several appliances from Fred's over the years and have always been pleased with the price and service. Thanks Chase.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Their business is poorly managed and ran. They sold my appliance out from under me when I was waiting for a slight remodel with clear instructions that I would need it soon. Their delivery crew refused to setup the appliance or put them where I wanted them. They had the audacity to tell me to move my old appliances out of their way instead of offering to move it out of the way for me. They didn't plug in the power cord or even offer. If I didn't have the specialty tools to install the power cord I would have been burnt. I will never buy from them again and recommend no one to ever use them ever again.

Devin at the Monroe store really took the time to help us find the perfect fridge for our home. He was very knowledgeable about each unit and understood our needs enough to suggest adding a secondary ice maker which will be perfect for us. Thanks Devin! We are excited to het our new fridge!
