Fred’s appliance has the worst service. We purchased a Beko dishwasher from them. I had wanted a Bosch but they didn’t have any in stock at the time and the salesperson said the Beko was the next best thing. About a year after we purchased the dishwasher it stopped working in February. The dishwasher was still under warranty so we called Fred’s. The service person came out 2 weeks later and said they would need to order parts which should take about another 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and went and long story short, the parts didn’t arrive until the end of April, 2 months later and 3 months without a working dishwasher. When the service person arrived, we were then told they didn’t actually receive all the parts they’d ordered but had enough to limp the dishwasher along. The rest of the parts just arrived last week mid July (now almost 6 months after our dishwasher stopped working). Our dishwasher broke down again right before the parts finally came in. Well the service person showed up with a motor but the housing was cracked he said. Why wouldn’t they check the parts before wasting our time with a useless service call? So now we’re without a working dishwasher again. The $1,500 dishwasher we purchased is less than 2 yrs old and completely worthless. And Fred’s doesn’t even sell the Beko brand any more. I wonder why? We had asked for a Bosch dishwasher at cost and Fred’s refused. We will never ever purchase anything from them again!

Everything about this experience was top notch. From Russell my sales person to the guys that installed. I got my appliances ahead of schedule and every effort was made to make sure I was happy with my decisions. Thank you!

We’ve used Freds Appliance for years for both purchases of appliance and service. We’ve never been disappointed. Highly recommend.
