We have been using Fred's for years...Tom Wood has always been our salesman and is exceptional.
I would like to mention that our delivery guys from J&J Delivery were earlier than expected and so nice and professional.

Waiting for over a month for a replacement of ice maker. No calls from service to replace. Finally called service and schedule for replacement. Took day off work for appointment. No call. No show. Called and they had moved my appointment to another day with no communication. Poor customer service after sale.

Great experience through their chat link to purchase a new microwave. Very responsive to my request. My parents have purchased from Fred's for the last 30 years and they have always had excellent service!
