I would not do business with then. They call people who are registered on the do not call list and they lie.
The call rep told me she was calling from the state of California to tell me about a new program I was qualified for to eliminate my power bill. I specifically asked her if she was calling from the State of California and she assured me she was.
She then told me the State of California had a "Free Energy" program I was qualified for and all I had to do was give her my credit card information and credit card number to get started.
Scam, scam, scam....
