The reason for the 5-star review is that Daniel was very kind, professional, prompt, and most importantly knowledgeable, he explained the reason for the visit and how he would resolve it... and he did. Great job!!! Thank-you!

I just had two men knock on my door claiming to be affiliated with Tacoma Public Utilities and there because I had a digital meter recently installed and I needed to take additional 'action' in the next 5yr to reach 100% 'compliance'. THEY WERE POINTING AT THE GAS METER. Bozos. Obfuscation. Lies. This is the worst type of behavior a company can engage in. I recommend you do as I did and demand they get off your property, contact the utility company and let them know what's going on. Don't believe me? check out the reviews for this franchise, in Kent Wa (going door to door in Tacoma?) with an address likely hijacked (try mapping it). The reviews all start with a first Kent location, immediately followed by reviews from Florida locations. All 5 star. Most all in the last week. Likely all scraped from the internet and fake reviews created by a bot. You've been warned.

Mike came and did a great job, and he was by himself. It was only supposed to be a few panels but he found it was not wired correctly in the first place. He required all but 5 panels by himself. He did a great job A very nice young man.! Good job Mike!
