My solar has not been producing for over a month now. The power converter needs to be replaced. The first time I called they said wait two weeks for a tech to reach out, then 3 weeks from the first time I called, then they asked that I wait a few more days, to finally “we don’t know when the service department will reach out.” According to the reps the service department is back logged and they don’t have any idea how back logged they are. The service department is not customer facing, so trying to get answers is none existent!! Stay away from this company!!!

The crew that installed our panels was Slappin' Glass. They were fast and efficient. They showed up at 7am and worked until 2pm. They installed 16 panels on our roof and were not only fast but very polite and they cleaned up everything before they left. Well done!

The Alpha crew showed up right on time. They worked all day until the job was complete. They did an excellent installation work. They were very knowledgeable and personable. We would highly recommend this team for any future projects.
