Slow to Ship & Unprofessional Support
(Edit +1 star for Terri) I called customer support again and spoke to Terri this time. She was helpful and understanding. I explained the problems I experienced and she listened then explained the difficulties they are experiencing. She also said there would be discussions with the customer service team.
Advice: If your package hasn't shipped open a ticket so there is a paper trail and receive better support.
I ordered 2 Items on 5/22 at 9am. The website says 3-5 Business days to ship. I called on 5/26 at 4:30 asking if the ammo was out of stock they customer support was short with me and said it hadn't been 5 business days. It was 1.5 hours early of the 5 business day deadline provided by the website.
I called on 5/29 and was sent to voicemail, so I called again right away and customer service answered and was short with me again but said she would ask shipping department for an update. (I never received an update even in spam)
I opened a ticket on 5/30 asking why it hadn't shipped yet and the next day it I get an email it shipped and then Immediately get a response to my ticket saying they see it already shipped.
So if customer support and the shipping department can communicate when a ticket is opened why are they not communicating when I make a phone call. I also don't appreciate them saying "they see the order has already been shipped" and being disingenuous instead of just saying they apologize for the delay and that they personally made sure the order was just sent.

The label was created on May 1st at 9:56am and wasn't scanned at UPS until 11:07 PM that is than 5 business days. If you would like I can provide you with the documentation.
