My driver Riley was awesome. He had no problems getting my big truck loaded up. They came through for me when two other companies were unable to tow it for me. Highly recommended Freedom Towing.

My car… I tell you what. Stuck in the bank parking lot. Riley got my call from triple A. Great communication. Had an emergency collision call and had to go to that first: thank goodness I was in a safe place and could wait. Told him no rush. He communicated when he was done and communicated when he was getting closer, took great care of my car to load it. He was kind and courtesy and a great conversation to take my car and drop it off. I was well taken care of and greatly appreciate his kindness. Great company for towing.

12:30am my truck, we believe the transfer case failed when I was driving home. I could not drive it any further. Freedom Towing answered call right away, only 15 minute wait at that particular time. Nate checked my truck out, put it up on his truck and took it to my mechanic. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and a nice person. Did not take long, and an app will send a text so you can pay tow bill through that. I highly recommend this company!
