We have been meaning to stop by for awhile and had the chance tonight. We had the flight and it was phenomenal! Every option was complex and tasted pure. Only people that are diligent and obsessive about their craft could make this gin. My only. recommendation would be to stay open till 8-10pm (at least) on Fri.

Forest Gin is the most amazing gin I have ever smelled, swirled and tasted. I keep it to myself and rarely share because it is like liquid gold. The smell itself will take you straight to the forest. I love it chilled by itself or mixed. Very refreshing! Love visiting the distillery as well! It's in a great location and they take really good care of you. You should see the Hellbitch sill!

This is the best in category in all of Portland! The atmosphere is always fun and lively, yet also quiet enough to still enjoy a conversation. The drinks are incredible, and with a seasonal rotation, there is always a new drink to try. Their gin is one of the best you will ever have. And they are welcoming of everyone and often have very fun inclusive events.
