I've had a unit here for just over a year. I don't have any complaints. The people that work in the office are friendly and willing to help when you need it. The unit is reasonably priced for the size we have. The hours are fine. Could be open until 10 but what's 1 hour. You have the option of paying your bill online but if you're unable to do that you can pay over the phone at no charge. We lost the key to our lock once, and they have a maintenance man on-site who used his grinder tool to cut the lock off for us on the spot, again at no charge. They offer U-haul rentals, but I believe they only have 1 or 2 trucks so you'd probably want to reserve the truck well in advance. We've been very pleased with our experience this far. We live just up the block so the location is very convenient for us.
